		<description>There&#039;s some really BAD advice here.  John T is right - everyone else is plain confused!

Royalty free does not mean FREE to use.  It means you pay once and can use the image as often as you like.  It is free of continuing royalties NOT free to use..!!  

Rights Managed means you pay for the image use depending on how you are going to use it.
