I have a Mac running iPhoto and would like to either transfer (or sync, but I doubt that is possible) the photos I have on iPhoto to a new computer running Vista. What is the best way to do this?
Burn your photos to a CD/DVD and insert it into your Vista box’s DVD drive. Then just copy them off using Windows Explorer.

These are some things you can do:
1. Copy the pictures onto a USB Stick (if you have one), stick it into the USB port on your new computer, and copy the photos to your Vista computer.
2. Send the pictures as email attachments to yourself and then open the email and download the photos on your new Vista.
