Prices for quality stock photos have never been cheaper than now, however, if you are on a limited budget there are quite a few places you can get free photos. And I’m looking for something more for educational reasons though that is not really necessary. Any information is greatly appreciated!

When I was doing a retouching assignment for one of my digital imaging classes, I went to antique shops and bought old photos for 10 to 25 cents each. I scanned them, then retouched them in Photoshop.
