I took alot of photos one right after another saying "I love you", smiling
but the thing is, i want to make them all into one little photo video.
U know what I mean?
But idk how to Can anyone help? Thanks to all who do

You can use a GIF Animator or a movie maker program. Google "GIF maker" and you should find a program that can do the job.

You have to start with a high quality image. Then you can edit it in Adobe Photoshop.

i had a photographer and videographer, but i’m missing some shots i wish i had from the photographer. is there a program i can use to get freeze framed pictures from the video that was taken?

Just to add to what everyone else is saying- the best you’re going to get is a 4×6 print from the still and even that’s probably going to look a little iffy. Video resolution [with the exception of HD] is really low compared to say your regular home still camera.
