Hannah Montana star Cody Linley is making big headlines this week—he unleashed his inner wild child and unfortunately for the 19 year old actor, photogs snapped numerous shots of his crazy party spree.

Hey guys-I’m Joslyn Davis for ClevverTV.

Cody Linley set the town on fire with his recent party boy antics. The young star appeared to be drunk during a recent night out. He was photographed tongue out, and shirt off, surrounded by a bunch of young ladies, several of whom took it upon themselves to use permanent markers to sign his bare chest. Definitely left a mark…

Of course the media hopped on the story and fans unleashed their discontent with his behavior. So gal pal Demi Lovato did what any dedicated friend would do and took Cody’s side tweeting that everyone should leave Cody alone. She wrote: “Big deal…He partied too hard. Get over it. Sometimes people DO make mistakes…But this guy doesn’t deserve all that…”

Maybe Cody was just having a bad few days after learning that a scheduling conflict would stop him from doing the upcoming Disney Channel Original Movie “Starstruck.”

Instead Sterling Knight will take on the lead role in the upcoming flick. Knight will play a big Hollywood pop star, who collides with a down-to-earth girl from the midwest, played by Danielle Campbell. All seems well for the lovebirds, until Campbell’s character goes home and Sterling’s character publicly denies their relationship. Ouch!

The movie is currently in production-and is shooting at various landmark locations in Hollywood, and we’re told it will also have a great soundtrack.

They had the Picasa software to help them with the backup, but I had never explained how to use it. I have apologized many times. I recently took some amazing photos at a car show that I’d be interested in selling. they’re very artsy fartsy. But, can I sell them without the car owners permission?

This sort of falls into a gray area, however I think that if you’re selling them as art, you’re in the clear and don’t need a property release from the owner.

If you were to sell them for advertising purposes, you’d definitely need a property release in order to do so legally.

As I said, however, fine art prints are generally okay without a release.
